Operating Instruction of PD-370
PD-370 is a kind of simplifying type product that directs towards the land levellers in common use both at home and abroad. It is connected with the towing attachment of wheeled or caterpillar tractor over 30HP. With multiple functions of land flattening, soil moving, bulldozing, snow cleaning, this machine can be widely used in various construction projects such as the highway, railway, airport, farmland, embankment etc. This machine is equipped with advanced hydraulic lift system and four wheels, it is reliable and of user-friendly. 1. It is fast joined or removed through one fixed pin of the towing attachment. |

2. The ground clearance is adjusted by the hydraulic valve, and there is caging device and positioning device. |

3. Connected with the rear (front) mounted pump, and use the hydraulic system of the tractor. The pressure of the hydraulic system is 16Mpa . |

Specification of land leveller |

• The land leveller is made up of seven major devices: • External dimension (length¡Áwidth¡Áheight): 5000mm¡Á3700mm¡Á1860mm • Self weight : 1300kg • Clearance to the ground of the blade: 200mm (when the stroke of the cylinder is the maximum) • Use double rear-mounted cylinders to control rise fall. • Adopt four wheels, put on both sides. • The pressure of the hydraulic system is 16Mpa. In order to make both sides of the cylinders move in synchronism, use the speed control valve to control the speed. • The lifting device adopts the mechanism of connecting rod, and the cylinders move in synchronism. • When the land leveller is unloading moving, it is supported by the movement of the double rear-mounted cylinders, and then fixed by the inserted pin, close the hydraulic system. When it is loading moving, the stroke of both sides of the cylinders is zero, the blade lands. In order to protect the inside of the cylinder, there is cylinder protector. • The blade adopts the middle carbon steel, and dealing with quenching, hardness HRC50-55, two-sided blade, many associations that are easy to change. |
